So What really is in the passed healthcare bill?

We all ( assuming you're paying attention) have been following the recently passed healthcare bills titled
"The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 " and "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act "
Now since the vast majority of legislators didn't read or in my opinion read all of nor fully understand the bill(s)  for various reasons I have been looking through it. There are so far a couple of troubling provsisions, well at least to me. Over the next few days I will attempt to help enlighten you the readers of this blog. (all4ofu)

Here is today's installment. However before we go any further may I suggest you download the full pdf document so as you can read the provisions for yourself and not just rely on my artfull articulations nor my personal bias. Here:  http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h3590as.txt.pdf

Alrighty then let's proceed.
Most troubling to me is section 5210. For those who do not wish to scroll all the way thru use the search tool provided for you that is usable in all pdf docs. Thank You Adobe. Now after getting to sec 5210 I ask you just what the heck is the definition scope and purpose of  "a Ready Reserve Corps". ???

So not to add my personal bias I simply ask You The Reader to explain it to me. I welcome all answers.

OBTW Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening to All.

Simple Joys

Here we find Colton my first born Grandson.
I am writing this inspired by the song "these eyes" by The Guess Who. I guess you'll need to find a clip to understand that inspiration.

There is something special about your first Grandson. Hearing him say things like Calm Dwon Gampaw when he thinks your being overbearing on his space. Or Gampaw "don't make so much noise you'll wake the baby" while hanmmering helping his daddy fix the deck.

Seeing this pic of him so enjoying his truck takes me back to my own time of playing with cars and trucks. A time way before computers, emails, blogs, work, meetings, constraints, arthritis, and gray hair.
I so so enjoyed the simple times of being a child without a care other than when am I gonna get a snack, a juice or be forced to take a nap. Today I can't wait for my afternoon nap. Apple juice has nearly been replaced with prunes.
Simply looking at Colton and Braedon's pics gives me hope that the future will be just fine.....

Welcome To America's Freedom Blog

Here you will find the rambling opinions of a pissed off patriot who simply took an oath some 30 odd years ago to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.

I now find myself in a very unique position. I really do not wish to run for office, been there done that. It is just a little late in life for me personally and aslo I could not do justice to the office for health reasons.

However like the majority of the American people I find myself very angry about the direction that our nation has taken by allowing the progresive leftist governmentalists to take control and force upon us unconstitutional mandates and legislation.

So what is one to do? I guess I can sit here at my keyboard and rant ( ranting at the keyboard is damn good therapy IMO ) Or I can sit idley by and stick my head in the sand not unlike that of the ostrich as the lion approaches. The lion eats the ostrich anyway. I choose not to do so.
I choose as much proactive participation as my time, resources and energy will allow.

I recently attended the Tea Party Express lll Showdown in Searchlight  in Nevada on March 27th and came away with a new vigor fueled by the sight of thousand of patriots who are just like myself and whom will not simply sit on the sidelines any longer.
